Aglaonema 'Red Joy' grows some amazing foliage - from paler pink foliage when juvenile, to very deep pink-red when mature, with deep dark leaf margins and spots around them. Genus name comes form the Greek words aglaos meaning bright or clear and nema meaning a thread in reference to the stamens.
